What phone are you using? I don't have to restart my phone to make calls. Try wipe cache partition.

Everytime di ko nagagamit sa phone call tapos tatawag ako nakaPhone lang walang tunog tapos magEnd

I have Note 20 Ultra and I experienced this before. Either due to cellsite or update. An alternative you can do is turn on airplane mode and turn it off again. That restarts the cell signal to help out. 😊
