Phone is so unreliable

Why this high end smartphone perform like rubbish?

my phone signal is terrible. how about you? my old iphone got the signal easily. This samsung i dont know to say, mobile data and wifi is same. Poor signal detection even the same simcard i put on iphone. This phone does not work well in signal detection, always no connection. Same like my 5z before.

Ah, I see. What model phone do you have now? My S20+ has no problem detecting WiFi and I'm using mobile data at the moment.

Have you gone to a Samsung store to check it? I'm pretty new to Samsung, so that's my first suggestion.

I have been a user of other androids since my last samsung around 12 years ago and I will agree that so far I have been a bit disappointed. I have a A32 4G and the facial recognition is slow even with fast recognition on, and I find that all the biometrics are slow and unreliable, especially the on screen finger print, though I know it's not the only one with that problem. 

There are also simple UX issues that I wish ran more smoothly..like if I have my camera on 64mb HD (which can't zoom apparently) Then when I try zoom it should default to the same aspect ratio normal camera. That should not have to be a manual transition. Not great to miss a moment/ shot because you had to fiddle with settings.

But anyway..maybe I'm just getting used to it..but I have never had the feeling of customer dissatisfaction from a new phone before so I doubt it's just me.
