I've got an Note 20 5G. It constantly randomly restarted. After a few months suddenly it doesn't recognize any pin for it to unlock. I can use any pin (correct or false) an then the note blinks the screen and comes back to the unlockscreen. It doen't say te code is correct or false. An d I know 100% sure I have the right pincode.
I thought to be a smart **bleep** and started it in Safe Mode. But now i'm stuck in safe mode because after every start it goes to safe mode with the same problem as before.
I've allready wiped / cleared the cache in recovery mode. But until now nothing **bleep** past the unlock screen. And I have also tried to unlock it thought my 'find my phone' account but it doesn't find my phone because in ik in flight mode hence to safe mode. I'm not as smart apparently 🤐.
Since I've got important files on my Note I don't want to try te last option an complete factory reset in Recovery Mode.
Does anyone have an solution for my problem? Th ebest way is to be able to let my Note accept my pincode. But I would be happy if I can make a backup of my Note before een factory reset.

PS. SmartSwitch says it doesn't recognize my Note 20. It does recognaize my S10+ so the drive, cable and USB port are fine.
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue Micheng. To add on to @SamsungDeviceLiker's comment, to get out of Safe Mode press and hold the Volume Down and Side key at the same time for7 seconds.
Do you have any other unlocking methods for your Note20 5G besides the pin?
