PROBLEM WITH FACEBOOK MESSENGER (NOTE 10+)

whenever a call is made over facebook messenger, the person on the other end of the line hears absolutely nothing from my side (i don't know if my microphone is not working whenever that happens). there's nothing you can do to resolve the problem but to end the call, make a new one and hope everything will work correctly otherwise, the process is repeated until sounds coming on my end are heard by the persin i am talking with.

hello there. i had already tried all the troubleshooting procedures except for the last one; resetting my device. I am still holding on to the possibility that the said problem can be resolved without the need to reset my device as setting your phone up the way it was configured before is very time consuming.

anyways, hardware being the problem can be ruled out absolutely as everything works really fine whenever i use other messaging apps.... thanks....

Hey there! Amazing day! Have you tried asking the other end with regards to updating/reinstalling their messenger? If everything works perfectly on yours, the problem may then be on theirs. 🙂 Give us an update whether your concern gets resolved. 😊
