Hi @superstar_Ray007, thanks for reaching out. Are you able to send us an Error Report via the Samsung Members app so we can investigate this further? These error reports go to our research team for analysis who will get back to you with a response one your report has been analysed.
To do this:
Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > Other > describe issue and frequency > Attach screenshots if possible > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.
I am having the same issue, my router has an inbuilt samba share server that works with every other device in the home but not mobile devices....... even my xbox one can access via the inbuilt pic and video app.... but like everyone else I have to use a 3rd party app to access the samba server (which by the way doesn't have a user name nor a password set up) so would like to know what's preventing something that should be easy to use from being useful.
