Google "samsung s pen disconnected". Some suggestions relate to other s pen ptoblems but could have things you can try.

My Note10+ is doing this too. I've tried a few things but keep having this issue. Along with bluetooth audio issues. All since the last system update 😡, not overall happy with the Note 10
