S Pen Keeps Disconnecting

Hi! My Note 10 Plus S Pen keeps disconnecting and won't connect even if I try to pair it by resetting the S Pen in Settings.

Any tips please? Thanks!

I replaced mine, service center told me that the mini capacitor in my previous spen is toast and can no longer hold charge,
