S pen problem

I am using note 10 +.

These 2 days. I found out that the problem of capture screen problem with s pen.

1st, I capture screen 1.

Next, i capture screen 2. But it shows the image of screen 1.

So, i have to discard the screen 1.

Only then , i can capture screen 2.

It is a double job for me.

I use to capture screen to mark the pupils' homework. Now, have to discard the previous screen..make me more trouble.

So how? Any solution? Thank you.

Some apps have a policy that prevents screenshots from being taken.

It's important to understand the Security Policy Updates of the application.

If you want to clear cache for an apps or force stop, please refer below steps.

You can to go setting> Apps> Select application used> Clear cache.
