Hi peeps. I need help. Why is my Samsung email attachment in html and not in pdf or word. I have check the setting and couldn't find attachment format anywhere :(

Yes. It was OK then one day it decided to send attachment from onedrive in html

Hi, I would recommend using ur respective email app, as the pre-installed email app doesn't seem to support a lot of features.

If not, one way to ensure it's sent in pdf or word format. Open the document intially in either Adobe Acrobat (PDF) or Word, then share it from there. See if your document is attached as PDF/Word respectively.
