Samsung note 20 ultra green line problem in display

am a samsung loyal customer since 2010. But because of this major green line issue my samsungnote20 ultra if you no solve my this problem i will consider another brand next time and i tell to all may friend's. Before i used all note series phone but now very bed experience 😴 

Samsung, do something before it's too late.

This can only be solved by replacing the screen. Samsung is not acknowledging this issue anymore. This happened on my note20ultra last august. Samsung said they only provided free replacements since last 2022. It cost me 15,000 to replace the whole screen.

15k?? Ouch! Thanks for the heads up on this. I was wondering at the cost after the green line appeared on my screen! All the diagnostic resetting advice from their online chat support didn't correct the issue so the final advice was to bring my Note20 ultra for assessment. But this cost... 😩

Samsung is rigging their software updates. My friend with note20ultra told me this week he also encountered this issue 2weeks after he updated last Dec2023.

This is disturbing... so far I've not seen any solution to the green line but a screen replacement! I would have to reconsider getting a replacement Samsung...

Greenline repair for OLED screen doesnt exist yet here in Philippines. As of now this kind of repair is in china. They can repair the screen without replacing with new one.

This happened on my Note 20 Ultra 5G and after the next update the screen problem disappeared. It's either a software or hardware problem though, it varies per unit.
