There is no way I can de-activate the quick panel on the lock screen. I think Samsung should put this function back.

Do you mean you cannot turn off wifi/mobile data on the lock screen?

the quick panel on the lock screen prevents users from switching off certain buttons e.g. wifi, mobile connection, location and etc for security purposes. that is not my concern. i want option to deactivate quick panel on lock screen.
