Galaxy NoteAnyone had success using the Samsung subscription service? I have made the minimum payments and want to upgrade to the S22 Ultra, here is where the puzzle starts.
You can't do it through the online store.
No one replies to the Samsung Care + portal requests (No phone calls, emails or texts back) even after weeks and multiple requests
Calling samsung gets you sent around the merry-go-round. General transfers you to support, support sends you to Care+, Care+ sends you to sales, who in turn try to send you back to Care+.
Just perplexed at such an utterly useless system that I am paying a premium for and can't use.
So has anyone actually been able to crack the system?
