Secure folder not working after update on note20 ultra.

Hi, I can't move nothing to my secure folder no more. Keep getting an error please fix this.

Hi, may the application have some problems or perhaps you have configured lamination to hide the folders. you could reset the application by entering:

settings - applications - in the magnifying glass write secure folder - storage - storage - delete data.

This will allow you to configure your application from 0. Try it and tell us.

Hi, I realize since the major update to my note 20 ultra a lot of things happen that weren't happening before.

I agree. The secure folder application has malfunctioned and locked me out. It's been 3 weeks and I don't have access.

I'm having the exact same problem since the last update. I can't back up pics to my secure folder. Samsung please fix this issue ASAP

Hi Anakin40, I had the same problem so I moved what I wanted into a new folder and then selected Move to secure folder from there and it worked! Maybe give that a go?

Just tried this and it works, nice one thanks. but samsung, please sort this out asap as i use secure folder all the time and i dont want to keep having to move things just for it to work.
