When will the people at Samsung learn the concept:"If it isn't broken, DONT FIX IT!" From the moment I got my S8 tablet & S20 note ultra, S pen smart select/ extract text worked perfectly for my language lessons, extracting Russian or Turkish text & copying it. Every update over the last year has made it less user friendly, less intuitive. Buttons & menus are mindlessly altered or moved. Now it is simply unable to extract Russian text, but seems (?) OK with Turkish. Will someone please go back to the earlier Spen smart select/ extract text form. I get so angry at this stupid change for changes sake.

I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps. To send an error report: Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
