I have upgraded my phone from note 8 to the note 10 plus.
When i record a video on social media apps (tiktok, instagram, and snapchat) the quality decreases.
When will samsung optimise the camera for these social media apps?
I have updated my phone to the latest version and the problem still occurs. Please help me find a solution for this. I expected the note 10 plus to have better camera performance than my note 8.
Hi @Jyas, social media apps tend to compress video and picture quality during uploads to increase the efficiency of data transfer. The extent to which videos and photos are compressed is dependent on the app developer.
The best course of action would be to leave feedback for the app and reach out to the developers regarding your issue.
It's unacceptable! They blame the apps but you use iPhone and.the quality is perfect. My old Android OPPO r11s was better too! They can't make a codec and compressor that works? The iphone compresses the video seamlessly! Samsung is jerky, laggy, has frezes, totally horrible. Stop blamimg the apps and integrate the compressor codecs correctly! It's a processor issue, even with the GPU monitoring it freezes, the monitor freezes! When using screen.recording it is.smooth it's obviously because the screen recording raises the processor priority! Oh my God even me being a simple user can figure this out what are these developers doing?
