you can try to use some adhesive tape or clothing dust remover to stick it out, but don't use plasticine, you might risk to push the dust even further in
Any toothbrush ur not using. Basically those with thin bristles.. Gently scrub don't brush. Should work. But don't apply too much pressure though. Just light touches
