Galaxy NoteHello there! There are a few things that can cause issues with the speaker while you are on call or listening to audio playback through your Galaxy phone. For example, there could be an external device where the audio is being redirected. It's also possible that a software problem or physical damage is causing the issue.
You may check out this link for the steps that you can do; https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001255/

Galaxy Note" How was the video made? "
Not all videos have the same audio level, and in some cases may give the impression that some are loud and some has a low audio level despite setting the volume to max.
To test this, go to settings and play with the volume levels of your phone with the ringtone slider, if you're getting that same loudness then you're assured that there isn't anything wrong with the audio of the phone.
This also applies with playing music be it a native file or on streaming platforms like Spotify, sometimes artists record at a much lower frequency (depending on when it was released) which may give the impression the audio level sounds low despite being on max volume 😊.
