SPen connection problem

I'm having an Spen connection problem. Even if I reset it but still it can't connect. How to fix this? Pls help.

did you restart the phone with s-pen inserted?

yes I did. Its actually working now. It just took awhile to connect after a series of attempts. Anyways thank you for your response.
