Some text messages I send comes in blue bubble and I see when the recipient reads it. But some doesn't, does anyone here know what that setting is the change so I can have the blue bubble in all my text messages.
Thanks

Hi @Chackman, messages in blue mean they have been sent using Rich Communication Services/RCS on Samsung Messages, or Chat Features on Google Messages app. This means the texts are sent over Wi-Fi rather than SMS.

For RCS to be enabled, both users in a conversation must have it enabled.

Hope this clarifies things :)

Thank you for that, RCS on my phone is enabled and I have a friend who has RCS enabled too. Last week the messages were going in blue bubble, but this week it's reverted back to green bubble. Why do you think that is happening.

Hmm that's strange. Only reason I can think of would be network stability, if either of you have a poor Internet connection, it can revert back to SMS. If this isn't the case for either of you, I suggest sending an Error Report to our team via the Samsung Members app so we can investigate this further.

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get Help > Error Report > Messages > Detail issue and frequency > Tick 'send log data' > Send
