Time incorrect on my photos

I have just realised the time stamp on photos on my Note 10 are many hours out, yet the time and date in my settings are correct (set by carrier).

Any suggestions?

Hi @r4knxd, that's strange. Please send through an error report via the Samsung Members app for our team to look into. I suggest taking a photo beforehand and sending the error report within 2-3 minutes of this to increase the likelihood of the log data catching any potential issues or software glitches. 

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.
