So I tried testing the Blancco app to check the trade-in value as instructed by the Samsung website. It valued my perfectly working Note20U5G for less than 5k. I was honestly surprised. This wasn't the same case for friends who opted for the trade-in at the Samsung experience stores during previous flagship releases.

Lesson: Trade-in at the store to get a better assessment.

My exact sentiments. It's so unfair because we pay for the exact same thing.
Like for example Good Lock, why must I have to install a third party app just to get it. I love Samsung but I really hope they do something about all these concerns.

We are definitely missing out on Good Lock. And for the non-techy users Nice Lock might be too much work.

I totally agree with you. 💯 I cannot comprehend the reasoning behind it. It makes no sense for me. Even the versions of the phone, why must some people get a lesser quality unit when they paid for the same amount. It's acceptable if the Exynos version was cheaper than Snapdragon. Some units get a clear case, some don't. Goodlock is an application, very easy to offer to all consumers. Why aren't certain countries included then? If there was an official explanation at least we'd understand. Just a Little rant Samsung. I still love you which makes it even more unfair. 💔

Same sentiments. Ang ganda ng online TITU deals sa US compared here. Pero minsan maganda naman TITU deals in-store. Tiyempuhan lang talaga kapag sa Samsung experience store - but I'm too busy to always go to a store hoping for good deals.

Yung tablet naman base model lang ng S8 ang may WiFi version dito. I really want the Tab S8 Ultra, pero di ko kailangan ng 5G. Pero sa US meron WiFi version.

Tapos wala din tayo Samsung laptops here. I love the brand, but my list goes on and on and on... 🥲

Would anyone know how much is the TITU value/discount if I exchange a Note 10 Plus to a newer model such as an S22 Ultra?

Unfortunately, we can't project the actual value. I think it's better if you go to a Samsung Experience Store after the pre-order period. Usually, stores would offer a good TITU deal versus online. By historical data, there should be good offers/promos after a few weeks of the release.
