How can I update my note 10+ from Android11 to Android12?

I really want the One UI 4 :(

I bought in Lazada. I already asked for assistance of samsung chat support and advised me to visit their service center for phobe to be checked

I have an S10 5G Korean variant and have been receiving software updates accordingly..maybe wait it out first?

The thing was the phone never received updates after March 2021. When I checked, it says my phone has the latest update.

I have samsung note 10+ 5g kv
Samsung pass also not working together with this issue. Any recommendation how to fix this? I tried to use hard reset (volume up + power button) but it's not working and continue to boot.
