Unusual software change has been detected

I have recently bought Samsung note 20 ultra as a used phone, while dignosting  software, an error occured, an usual software issue has been detected, can anyone explain me what does this mean?

If it only happened once, don't mind. Only do mind if this happens a lot of times and it affects your experience.

Just like the other community members suggested, we need more context and information. Do you notice anything out of the ordinary when using the device? Once you provide screenshots of the error message and other pertinent data, someone from the community might be able to help.

Is this what you're talking about? An unusual software change is because they installed a custom binary on the phone before (unlocking bootloader won't affect it unless you flash something).
