Since the last two updates I can't stream movies without the movie crashing periodically like every 2-4 minutes I'm playing the movie through the Home app. & VLC player it's so frustrating could someone please try to fix this.

Good afternoon @Insanenitro, sorry to hear you're having issues streaming content on your device. Is this occurring through the Google Home app? 

Some suggestions I have are:

1. Ensure your device and Home software is up-to-date.

2. Check if this issue occurs when streaming from other apps if available (e.g is it just VLC, or does YouTube have this issue as well?) 

 

If this issue persists, I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further. 

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

Thanks for the info. However I don't know how to get the error reports that you're talking about. ??

@Insanenitro you need to do this from the Samsung Members app.

When you tap on the Get Help tab, scroll down until you see thw section with Error reports.
