When will RCS be available in the Philippines?

Been waiting for this feature on Samsung's default app. It can be tweak on Google Messages but I'm not using that. Is there anyone here knows when will be the activation of RCS by carriers?

UPDATE (3-May-2021) : RCS is already activated in the Philippines on Globe Telecom. Not yet tested on Smart. DITO Telecommunity still not yet activated it on its system.

No official announcement yet but is said that "Enable Chat Feature" option is already available to a number of Globe and TM subscribers. Last release from Globe is still in 2017

I dont even know because the carriers here dont even support MMS. Probably few years as theyre always slow to everything

You just need to Activate MMS. Carriers dont automatically activating MMS service

Smart and Globe have stopped supporting MMS. How do i activate it?

im a globe subscriber. rcs is available only with google messages. 😐
