Help! Green lines appeared on my screen and I've just recently discovered about the CRP program, what else can I do? 😢

I suspect, all N20U and all S20 series (wilth Exynos chipset) Samsung phones will have this GREEN, PINK, or WHITE LINE(s) on the screen eventually. Maybe, this model hardware couldn't handle the new software update demanding power need, the ONE-UI5.0/Android13, wc Samsung fed on us without scientific or enough technical studies. They had been silent until now, explained nothing at all--so it's ripe to our theories.

The CRP is like massage program to ease our (customers') pain. However, they will stand to gain, business strategy. MEMBERS STARS is another easing pain program, artificial remedy.

The REAL REMEDY or pleasing their customers is for SAMSUNG to accept failure on their part and offer us a general RECALL, by replacing our Amoled Screen FREE OF CHARGE. Period.

Excuse me? While I totally understand your dismay for what's been happening, and while I'm thankful that my Note 20 Ultra has not yet experienced this, I think that's quite a bold claim about the Member Stars program.

Pareho lang screen problem ang mga S20 Series at N20-U. Meron daw naka libre(2021?), malabo ang narrative, while Samsung Phl silence is lalong malabo, before the GREENLINE screen problem erupted around the release of current software update.
