I think this would be my last Samsung device that I own after so many years of supporting Samsung from Note 5.

🙋‍♂️ Bye Samsung

Sorry to know this. How about trading-in this phone for a new S23 Ultra (latest note)? Do include the extended screen warranty. Brand 🍎 cost you even more than that for extended warranty, and without that, you have to replace the whole device, not just the screen 🫨😬

This device ain't cheap either 🙃
I still have so many other brand choices. Didn't expect to get an expesive device with defects.

Every device has a risk of defect after several years due to the usage and wear & tear factors. Yes, you can always explore other brands, choice is yours. I am enjoying my Galaxy Note journey for a decade so far.

Yup, im well aware of the wear and tear. I expect this premium device should have quality that is on par with my Note 9, which is still working great up until now, except for the battery. 🙃

Wow the audacity

People are complaining that something that shouldn't be happening at all, and other country are remediating the situation FOC while Samsung Malaysia acting like nothing happened.

What an unintelligent comment.

And based on this guy's logic, anything doesn't work - drags the fruit company in.

Yeah trade in indeed I tried to sell my scratch free S20 ultra with green line and it's selling price was rm 125,it's easy for you to write about trade in ask those who just lost rm4000.

Rather throw the phone into river than trading into S23, which will probably get green line right after the extended warranty end
