Hi 
Was holding my 1 week old s25 ultra today and it started getting these lines all over it 
Don't know the best place to send this to be I need help

Where did you buy it from?
That would be the first port of call I would think.

Edit: the video hasn't loaded yet, so cannot comment further.

I got it from a mobile network company in Australia

Definitely a screen fault I'd take it back to the provider u got it from

You could try a factory reset, but as @JoshF said, take it back.

Did a factory rest yesterday and its still doing it ,hopefully they will take it back tomorrow

Screen fault for sure.

This one may have slipped through Quality Control as it didn't last long before it's failed.

I agree in being a hardware fault.

You must Send back under manufacturers warranty.

This fault will only get worse overtime.

Its not uncommon, no matter the brand of mobile device.

In general associated to a connection that 95% of manufacturers make use of.
