1 week old screen fault

Was holding my 1 week old s25 ultra today and it started getting these lines all over it 

Don't know the best place to send this to be I need help

If you haven't yet taken your device to the original purchase location, I could also recommend that you visit one of our Authorised Service Centres to get our technicians to take a look at the device for you. From there, they can provide some more assistance with the next steps to take with your device.

I sent it back to optus and just got a new phone back, it took 3 week and my old phone only just held on
