2GB for security patch?

can anyone please tell me what's new about this update? I didn't notice any changes but the file size for this update is not normal for just a security patch..

There's camera improvements included. I noticed the huge file size difference vs Note20 Ultra. I initially thought S23 Ultra had slow connection.
