2nd green line on my S21 Ultra 5G

Today, I was just using my phone normally while tolerating the green line in the middle. I placed it on the table while talking to someone. After I opened the screen, another blue line appeared on the right!? I didn't even dropped it even in the last few weeks. Ugh. 

By the way, I posted in this community last September 2023 when the first green line appeared. Approximately 6 months afterwards, a new green line appeared on my screen.

The new green line is the one on the right that glows brighter than the other.
