Green lines on s21

Hi. My s21 plus has 3 green like now on ots screen after an update last february. It started with a not so visible line then it became super neon green vertical line. After another update, it then became 2 then 3 lines now. 

India received free charge of changing the screen on their s21 phones with this issue. Hoping to have it here in the philippines. Super disappointed on the phone. I hope my s23 ultra won't be like that.

The same goes for me on my S21 Ultra. Green line appeared just tonight.

I have the same issue on my s21 ultra now 4pink lines and 2 green . I'm really disappointed at samsung 😕 😞 😪
