Bought the phone jume 16, 2022 , had it replaced june 17, 2022 (had to assert my rignts as a consumer before it was replaced). The replacement new phone still had the re-startimg loopong problem. Samsung customer care told me the phone can only be replaced once. Now i may be stuck with a 3 days old repaired phone. HELP. i can pay more for a higher model replacement.  Ijust dont want to be stuck with a brand nes repaired phone.

Here"s my obesrvation on the a53 problem and experience with customer service support in SM Megamall. https://youtu.be/4YEQ05lPfbw

Kindly check the T&C. If it is clear there that should the device exhibit any defect within a warranty period, replacing it as frequently as reasonable is in order, log a DTI complaint to compel Samsung to abide by the law about the consumers' rights.

What caused it to restart? Have you done a wipe cache partition? Did you do a factory reset?

As they said, they just bought the phone (repaired) 3 days ago. So why would they format it. Second, Exynos chips are known to have restarting issues (Snapdragon users can't relate) Me who has an exynos phon don't have the issue though. If they did a reset on it, yet the issue still persists, then they will bring the phone to the service centre, which they already did.

Sa pagkakaintindi ko po, bumili sya ng bagong phone but mayroong issue, so he go it replaced, pero may issue parin yung NEW phone na pinalit tulad nung unang phone.
