Samsung dont even run their own aftercare operation in Australia other countries . Much like going to a car dealer and working your way through multiple parties to get something sorted out.  Why can’t they be like apple straight forward fix battery’s warranties etc etc  such good products this side let’s them down

Have you ever dealt with Apple's tech support? Unfortunately I have and they stuffed up my account three times.

On an operational level since the carrier reg. is different per country it's a process and difficulty combined. But luckily we have a very active member community going about here with direct Samsung reps that intervene as needed. Checkout @samsungClaudette @samsungErika
