After software update all work apps missing

Help, after somasung software update, all my work app like outlook, Ms.team, Microsoft apps all missing. All this under company portal app. Everytime update will missing and I need to redownload everything again.

Normally, do u turn on ur work apps all the time? If u have set up a work profile for ur company, there will be a work apps icon in the quick panel.

My phone used to have work apps this folder, after software update, the folder missing. I cannot search the apps also.

Hi, is it possible to check with ur colleagues who are using Samsung devices and have work profile set up on their devices, whether they experience missing work apps after every software update? If they are also experiencing, likely it's ur company policy to clear the work profile for every software update. For mine, my work apps are still present, after every software update.
