Galaxy S23 Plus since the Android 16 update which Samsung prefers to be called One UI 8 grey lines, white lines, yellow lines start appearing on the screen. Sometime it goes away by turning screen on and off for a few times but sometimes need to be restarted. S23 series have know screen issue due to Samsung massed up during the production but it became more aggressive since ever I got Android 16 update. Oohhh dear Samsung you will never get something right with anything you do will you?

Well since this Samsung One UI system appeared on my phone not only has several EXTREMELY important files vanished.....but there are games apps that i have played for years that now require re-installing (not talking about updating) like need installing again **MEANING ALL THE YEARS OF PROGRESS IS LOST & WOULD HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN!! UNBELIEVABLE!!

Plus when writing texts my screen wobbles up & down.

SO How do I return to my previous system???

Hi @OASIS1984,

A few points on the issues that you have brought up.

Firstly, if you are experiencing issues with certain apps, you can raise an Error Report via the Samsung Members app and our technical team can provide further help.

For your issue when you are writing texts, it is most likely a Google message app issue which can normally be resolved with an update.

Lastly, once you have installed the new One UI system, your device cannot be reverted to the old One UI system.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Warm regards,

But changing your phone to other brands is only the solution. Samsung is very incapable and stupid company. All Samsung directors are a pure blooded DONKEYS.

Just go to a samsung store and they will fix the lines issue for free

Hi @maviau,

Sorry to hear that you've been experiencing this issue!

If you can capture a screenshot of this happening, we may be able to assist through the Error Report function on the Samsung Members app, but if the issue cannot be captured through a screenshot, it is most likely a hardware issue and the device needs to be taken to an Authorised Service Centre.

Steps on how to raise an Error Report are below:

More information on Authorised Service Centres are below:
