One of the worst company ever, I brought phone from Samsung SEPT 2023 and trade in with asurion, still waiting for trade in money to get credited. it's been more than 3 months and still emailing them but unfortunately not getting satisfactory reply except system generated. Don't trade in with them

EMAILED THEM 50 TIMES AND ALL I WANT HAVE PROOF AND GETTING NOTHING IN RETURNS.

Per everyone's knowledge, if you call, you will be told differently agent by agent.
The next agent you speak to will waste nearly 30 - 60 to put you on a hold , irritate you another 30 minutes asking the same thing you said it earlier and eventually will give you a false timeline to have an update in 3-5 business days. Which sometimes means 3- 6 months or never.

Basically they made you fool talking to the wall 🤣

still getting nothing except such nonsense repetitive email from them, one of the worst company and ineligible customer service provider.

Well, I am amazed by their arrogance and business acumen. in my case, trade-in was created six times due to the technical glitch,

Not only they are accepting their error but charge me multiple times, the refund is still undergoing dispute.
