But i feel the quality is degrading. I've been a samsung user since s2 then s3, s4 then note 4, (i think i tried a different android when they had a note issue), then note 8 and s22u. I didnt have a problem back then, except that unit is heating when prolonged use. But when i was using note 8, just a little over a year, they issued an update on their UI and rolled it out., my phone started heating up and eventually killed the motherboard. They agreed to fix it.. but now, not even a year into my s22u,. And ive been careful with it... they rolled out UI5 and right then and there, unit started crashing. I cant use adaptive screen (120hz) because i would have a bright green line on top. It even caused screen burn because i figured the solution of lowering it to 60hz after 13hrs..  they said that if it was a defective unit, i wouldve know days from receivign the phone. But of course it was working when it was in Ui4. Theyve stressed test it on UI4. But it crashed right after UI5., is that a plan to upgrade?? Are they rolling out software update to break the fon instead of improve its performance? I checked samsung s22 groups and i am not the only one experiencing this. For a top of the line phone, i am extremely disappointed on the quality of this phone. To think that ive been advocating this fon to apple users even though i encountered this. I am expecting a better post sales service. If this didnt happen in the philippines, would i encounter the same post sales response? I feel like fixing it is not enough. I mean i am not confident because they said that issue was the screen, everything else is good. Self diagnosis is not showing any problem as well. And yet, selecting 120hz is giving me a green neon light. Also, that feels like receiving a refurbished unit for something that i paid in full, doesnt it? For a flagship phone, im expecting it to last years not less than a year.

This is unacceptable. I have two flagship phones (S20 Ultra and S22 Ultra) having the same problem. I will call SSC tomorrow for a refund. I'll not accept any repairs because my former classmate which is also a Samsung Repair Technician before adviced me to just request a refund because this could happen again. He also said that the phone could loss it's waterproofing after repair. Also, your screen replacement is so expensive 😡

I think that they intentionally stress the Global Version Samsung phones thru UI updates to fry the display board and other components.
