Tried calling customer service and the only suggestion that they gave me is to bring my unit to the nearest service center. I live oufside ncr how can i go with this ongoing pandemic. And it is so hassle to have my phone replaced and for the replacement. I only have this unit for 2 mos and i swapped my old note 8 for this

Happened to s20 and a70 too.
We tried pressing and holding both power key and volume down.
You may opt to avoid making your phone battery too drained po.

Got the white screen on my S20 Ultra. I have yet to bring my unit to the service center as I'm under quarantine.
