Hi @cliffov,

Thank you for reaching out.

We can provide some suggestions to help troubleshoot the connection issue with your hearing aids.

With the new One UI7 update, there have been slight changes to Bluetooth behavior across our devices.

I would firstly recommend that you ensure that the relevant hearing aids app has been installed prior to attempting to connect your hearing aids to your device.
Then ensure that Bluetooth device is in pairing mode before attempting to connect.
You could also try to reset the Bluetooth device if the other 2 suggestions fail to work.

If the issue is persisting even after trying the above troubleshooting steps, please send us an Error Report via the Samsung Members app and our technical team will be able to assist you further with this issue.

Below is a link with steps on how to raise an Error Report.

Thanks s_amsungsonny for acknowledging UI7 problem and your suggestions. After following these, BT seems to be working. Key seems to be uninstalling hearing aid program, unpairing device, turning BT off. Then powering down phone for a period before restarting, downloading and installing hearing aid program and reactivating BT. This failure has all been very inconvenient and time wasting, but thanks again.
