Bubbles not working

it looks like with the recent update all bubble are gone. I see that it still exists in the settings in advanced settings in notification but no bubbles pop up with any messages for me. It seems like there were questions about it back in October regarding messenger but no resolution. Since the problem applies to all apps and not only a some and it started right after the most recent phone update, I assume it was the Samsung update not the app update.

Is the bubble feature gone? Is this a temporary bug with the recent update? Are there plans to fix this problem?

As for your concern, have you tried to do a CLEAR CACHE PARTITION on your device via RECOVERY/SAFE MODE? This would get rid of obsolete files and avoid unwanted system incompatibilities/issues. Also, try to do a CLEAR DATA CACHE on your applications via SETTINGS. Hope to have helped you. Keep safe and have a blessed Sunday. 😀

Check individual app settings if bubble is turned on ..
As for the messenger app, bubble is no longer available, they reverted back to chatheads
