As for your concern, this notice usually happens when your network signal coverage fluctuates or is really poor. It only sends you a reminder that your device will try to send your message until a better signal coverage is reached. There's nothing much to worry about here. Even my other (non-Samsung) device reminds me of this when sending a message in an area with the poor network coverage. Hope to have helped! Keep safe. 😊
