I really love the feature of being able to mute any call with the volume button. Recently, just after one UI 7 update. When I get an online call, i.e., Messenger, whatsapp, etc. The volume buttons don't work at all. It keeps ringing and I just can't mute it. If I need to mute, I have to go all the way to the quick settings above and tap the ringtone to vibration and silent modes. VERY ANNOYING.
