in the video you can clearly see that Call Forwarding doesn't enable (goes for all of them) except for the "Always Forward" option it's the only one that enables I don't know why it does this and noe my calls never Divert to my Voicemail I don't know why this is happening and it's really annoying because people can't leave me messages I'm on a Galaxy S21 FE 5G does anyone else have this problem it's fine for videos call though but my service provider doesn't support video calls if anyone has any suggestions or ways to fix this id appreciate it thanks.

Hey @Codyyy

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analyzed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Kind Regards,

I don't know what you have tried already.
1. If on Telstra search for Telstra 5G APN settings. On your phone it appears under Networks or Access Point Names. If you change these make sure you copy, on paper, 100%, your existing settings in case you have to revert.
2. Did you Google "Isp name call forwarding codes"? Codes can be slightly different between Isps.
3. Try clearing the cache for your phone app, note you will lose your current settings, probably including phone numbers, so resave them into Google contacts first. To clear, Settings, Apps, find Phone, look for Storage, clearing data and cache should be there.
