Camera assistant is indeed available even before good lock is officially introduced in Malaysia. However, it might be available to certain phone models, maybe to mid and high end models only.

nope, officially not yet, currently only for s22 series. If you managed to look for credible apk source *cough*apk*cough*mirror*, you can try for yourself. I don't have any s22 series, so no can do.
