"Why doesn't my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra produce results similar to other S23 Ultra phones when I capture a picture using 10x or more zoom? The outcome appears as if it's been edited with increased contrast."
And some quality of my picture is pixylated

Try tuning your settings.
1. Turn of/on Scene Optimiser
Download Camera Assistant on Good Lock
2. Turn off/on Picture Softening
3. Turn off/on Adaptive pixel
4. Turn off/on Auto lens switching
Turning off "Auto lens switching" improves my 10x zoom and it removes "grainy thiny" on my camera. Also, learn to use editing software like Lightroom or Snapseed.

Give us sample pictures taken (using the same subject) on your phone versus another phone so we can compare and see if there's really an issue.
