When I call certain numbers and they ask to choose 1 or 2 etc. I keep getting "Can't find this option" error then call returns to start of menu. Which results in not being able to get through to speak to anyone.
This happened on my S21FE and now my brand new S24Plus.
Is this just for one phone contact, lke banking? As their system might be faulty. Has happened to me. Also you can try a different phone app in Play Store which I have tried, but I don't really recommend as it is a bit diddly e.g. changing default phone app and sometimes Force Stop.
I have certainly had this problem occasionally. In my case I have assumed it is the fault of the person/organisation that I called having a faulty setup. You may get more help by googling. You could try dialling from a landline as a test, assuming it gives you the ability to dial in that way.
