Hello there,

has anybody been experiencing the same behaviour ? Quite often when I want to close all my apps and clear them from memory, I press the 3 vertical lines and then click Close all and it doesn't work on the first click / touch. The „Close all“ button flashes just like when it manages to clear all the apps. But a lot of times durig the day I click the button and nothing happens, no apps get closed and I have to touch the button again in order to close the apps, which is quite annoying. I tried replicating this behaviour but just couldn't on purpose, but it always happens when I am not focusing on it.

Maybe I am too fast or something ?

Thanks for advices

Are you using a screen protector like tempered glass?

You can try enabling the Touch Sensitivity in the Settings and see it will solve your issue.

Or you can try the Phone Diagnostic here in the Members App to check if its display issue.

Inside the Members app > Support > Phone Diagnostic > Touch Screen

No screen protector at all. Diagnostics went well. Thanks for the suggestion. I will try to enable Touch Sensitivity.

I find that I have to be very precise as a quick tap just doesn't work and also use more of the pad of your finger rather than the end.
Yes I always have touch sensitivity to the Max sometimes it works better when I wear my gloves that are designed to work with smart phones

Yes I think it has something to do with the finger placement as well. I have enabled the touch sensitivity option. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hey @Honza94

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analyzed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Kind Regards,
