I know I've probably gone a step too far for reporting this as an error, but I was just eager to know the release status of OneUI 6 for the S22 series. I'm not sure how true the statement in this screenshot is... But apparently S22 users can expect the update to come in Q1 2024...? If that's true, it's simply outrageous given that the update is already out in several regions and assumably, it wouldn't be much of a hassle to push it out to the rest of the world. I know I shouldn't look too much into this since it's merely a generic response from Samsung MY, but this raises another issue which is the lack of communication among Samsung's own committee in Malaysia. I don't mean to put their incompetence on blast but this is unacceptable. I sincerely hope Samsung MY would improve their organisational structure and be more cohesive between the higher-ups and the frontliners as well as more involved with their customers.
On a lighter note... My crave for the update is getting out of control 🤣 so please just release it for the S22 already.
