Defence gov email not receiving ausrion samsung OTP. Unable to place order

I am ordering via defence email (gov.au). I am not receiving OTP emails from check out page (asurion), entered IMEI numbers of trade in devices, next page the OTP is sent to gov email. Since 5 days, i have spoken with samsung chat, calls, emails. There is no resolution.

The trade up app only gives in store trade in ID's only. Any ideas how to get OTP to defence gov email

Maybe check your junk/spam emails? Or check if it's under blocked list.

It's not in spam or junk. I have emailed the IT department to help. However, asurion should have continued offering codes in the trade up app to work online and in store. Currently, trade up app codes only work in store.

Defence.gov may have some extra blocking, check with Defence IT staff

True, I have sent an email and source link. However, it's not my hands. I have emailed samsung to send otp to my mobile rather than email.
